VIDEO 1. RESTORATIVE WALKING 1
How you move, when you move and why you move are more important that some think.
Even as you lay in your hospital post C-section there is something you can do to set your recovery off on the right foot!   Do you want...less pain in your back?  a decrease likelihood of developing a blood clot?  help your bowels move with less pain? that's right going number 2's can be horrendously painful after a C-section, but could you do something to make it easier?



VIDEO 2. STRETCH 1
This session is focusing on improving circulation to help reduce the potential of blood clots. This session can be done from the comfort of your bed or sitting on a chair with your back supported.


VIDEO 3. CORE 1

This workout can be done laying down in bed. This is not a time to force or tense your core. Focus on establishing correct breathing pattern and gentle movements.



VIDEO 4. FOUNDATIONS 1
The focus on this session is to learn to gently activate muscles that can become easily weak during the early stages of recovery. These will help improve the posture and alignment.
